1 – Mindfitness Exercises: (Mindfulness + Fitness): Connecting the body and mind using movement and breath.
2- 40 Day Mindfitness Challenge: Together we begin Day 1 of the beKIND Mindfitness Challenge, everyone will receive a free link to download with your registration.
3 – Walk/Run: Walking combined with mindful breathing techniques helps elevate mood, reduce stress and anxiety while stretching the body to reduce muscle soreness and further promotes mindful focus.
