Host an Event
We have incredible supporters every year who help us raise funds and spread awareness for the Mental Health Foundation. It’s always a pleasure to hear about new and exciting ways to host an event. If you have the desire to make a difference, a great idea, and a knack for planning, we encourage you to host your own community event.
We’ve provided all the tools and resources you need to host your event while making a big impact for those struggling with mental illness in your community.

Virtual Events
A virtual event is a great option for those who have personal or team challenges they are fundraising for. Innovative ideas for community events include hosting workshops, game nights, concerts, auctions— the possibilities are endless!
Celebratory Donations
If you’re searching for a meaningful way to celebrate, consider asking family and friends to donate to the Mental Health Foundation in lieu of birthday, wedding, or anniversary gifts.
In Memory
Honour someone loved and lost by raising donations in their name. Create a tribute page with a thoughtful story and a photo of the individual. Share the link with family and friends to help spread awareness and raise funds for the Mental Health Foundation.
